Pre-Order Process

1. Pre-orders. Go onto our website and place a pre-order! They are not required but preferred because it helps our team to be able to prepare your order ahead of time. If you’re not able to place a pre-order online, you can call and place an order over the phone, as well as order in-store and curbside if you would prefer. If you’re ordering over the phone, a guide will set up an account for you and answer any questions you have about the menu! We’re doing our best to get back to voicemails as soon as we can, but if you have any difficulties getting through, please send us an email at info@cannaprovisionsgroup.com, or message us on Facebook or Instagram and we will get back to you as soon as we can! 

2. Select a pickup time window. There will be a limited amount of spots available each hour, so it will prompt you to select a 30 minute time window. 

3. Plan to arrive during your selected pick up time. Bring a mask/face covering. Once you get to the store, you will check in with an attendant in the parking lot. All Canna Provisions staff will have PPE – masks, and gloves at all times. If something comes up and you need to come at a later time – no sweat, we will do our best to accommodate everyone, just be mindful if you come earlier or later than your time it may add additional time to your visit. 

4. Pay for your order when you get to the store. Debit cards are the preferred method of payment in an effort to minimize contact, but we can accept cash. Once your transaction is complete, safely exit with your purchase. ⁣
